Welcome to Aspiring Horizons Psychiatry

My name is Kelly Jossart, I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and I am dedicated to helping you on your mental health journey.  I have dedicated most of my nursing career to working and advocating for individuals with mental health concerns. I am devoted to helping those struggling with mental health. I work with children to adults specializing in Trauma, PTSD. ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and Mood Disorders. 

I believe in a compassionate, holistic, and trauma-informed approach to improving emotional, psychological, and social well-being with each person whom I encounter. My care philosophy integrates psychoeducation, medication management, therapy, and lifestyle modifications such as nutrition, sleep hygiene, exercise and improving self -esteem and self-care. I like a person-centered approach with the client being the expert of their life and needs. 

My goal is to encourage patients to reach optimal mental health and overall wellness by healing, improving their quality of life and improving relationships. I am a partner in your wellness journey and believe in setting a foundation for a relationship built on mutual trust and respect by providing a non-judgmental and empathetic space. I aspire to inspire your journey within, wherever you are in your mental health journey, I will meet you there.
